Armature, a residential construction company based in Raleigh, is seeking a responsible and enthusiastic individual to manage our construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our tight-knit team to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the our standards of quality. This position may be an entry-level or experienced position and offers a salaried compensation ranging from $50K to $90k per year depending on experience.

August/September 2025 start date.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
Maintain a genuine interest in learning about residential construction and staying up-to-date with current industry trends and practices.
Comfortable using digital communication tools such as group texting, email, and cloud-based communication platforms such as CoConstruct.
Research and gather information independently while also being comfortable asking for help when needed.
Daily communication with diverse groups of people, clients, subcontractors, office staff, job supervisors, city officials, and salespeople to ensure timely completion of projects.
Foster good communication and respect at all levels of the project team.
Understand and communicate critical design and construction details.
Pay attention to detail and take good notes for accurate tracking and documentation of project progress.
Have a basic understanding of budgets and the ability to code invoices.
Manage two projects at a time, depending on their size and complexity.
Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs.
Proactive in keeping projects moving forward and anticipating issues that will affect short, medium, and long-term goals for projects
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Clean driving record for operation of company vehicle(s)
Personal vehicle to get to and from worksites
Preferred Qualifications
3 to 5 years of prior residential or commercial construction experience or education.
Architectural background or education.
Hands-on skills in carpentry or other trades.
Knowledge and experience with the North Carolina residential building code.
In-depth knowledge of wood framing.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
