Josh Bryant
Project Manager
Hailing from Martha's Vineyard, Josh grew up in a family of tradespeople. Departing the island at 18, he pursued education in Massachusetts. Returning to Martha’s Vineyard, he worked as an employment trainer for individuals with cognitive disabilities. Encouraged by a childhood friend, he ventured to Raleigh, instantly falling in love with the city. He managed beloved nightclubs and bars in Raleigh throughout his 20s and early 30s. This period also saw him co-owning an independent record label and managing tours for rock bands. In 2016, Josh sensed the need for a significant life change and, drawing from his familial background, reembraced construction work in Raleigh. Chuck
Carpentry crew
Born in a hospital in the impoverished town of Manhasset on the north shore of New York's Lawnguyland, Chuck Nintzel chose to attend NCSU in North Carolina instead of some frozen wasteland north of White Plains. He matriculated in 1986 and returned to Raleigh permanently in 1988. If you need directions using landmarks from the 90’s, he's your guy. An interest in History led him to working as a carpenter with Historic Restoration firms, and then, when he tired of nothing ever being square, he took a job building cabinetry and displays for a Raleigh Fabrication and Design firm, rounding out his hands-on skills. He joined Armature Design Build in early 2023.
